If the form does not work

Some browsers block the email step. If nothing opened, email us directly with your order number, the vehicle, its build date, where that date came from, and your destination country. That is all we need.

What happens next

We work your car against every test that applies to it, and we check the build date you gave us against our own production records for that model. If the two disagree — which happens more often than you would think — we tell you before you ship anything.
