Who can order it
Orio holds the CoC archive for EU-registered vehicles from 1995 onward. The German 1995-2004 archive was physically rescued and is held by SaabBlog.
Limits and gaps
Saab Automobile's bankruptcy dispersed the records. The 9-7X is in no official archive.
Notes
The Saab Car Museum in Trollhattan holds the historic archive but publishes no priced per-VIN research service.
