States the production completion date. The cheapest real build date on this list for a Porsche - if you can receive post in North America.

Build date
States when the car was built. This is the date every import rule is measured from.
What you have to supply
The Porsche VIN. No ownership proof, no inspection, no photographs.
Who can order it
All street model years. Motorsport variants excluded.
Limits and gaps
Ships only within the United States and Canada - a hard blocker if you are buying in Europe and want the document before the car moves. Engine and transmission numbers are no longer supplied, original Kardex records are not released, and prior-owner and warranty history are withheld.
Notes
This replaced the old Certificate of Authenticity, which cost $110 for 1948-79 cars and $95 for 1980-on. If a forum post tells you to order a 'Porsche COA', this is what it has become.
